Event Submission Confirmation
Thank you for submitting our form and we look forward to working with you.
Please note the following regarding turnaround times for your request:
- Student Union Space – 10 business days
- For events, a minimum of one month planning time is required
- Bookstore Community Room – 1 week
- A representative from University Events and Conference Services will be contacting you directly to assist you in planning your event. If you have any questions regarding your reservation, please contact them by calling (860) 486-1001.
- A minimum of 2 weeks planning time is required
- Wilbur Cross North Reading Room, Rome Ballroom and the Dodd Center- 1 week
- A representative from University Events and Conference Services will be contacting you directly to assist you in planning your event. If you have any questions regarding your reservation, please contact them by calling (860) 486-1001.
- A minimum of 2 weeks planning time is required for North Reading Room and Dodd Center
- A minimum of 3 weeks planning time is required for Rome Ballroom

- Residential Life Space – 1 week
