As an integral part of the Student Union department, Event Services schedules and manages the reservation of spaces in and around the Student Union. Additionally, the team schedules and manages reservations in many other indoor and outdoor spaces on the UConn Storrs campus. Event Services also provides onsite customer support and audio/visual services. The experienced staff is ready to provide guidance and suggestions to help ensure the success of your event.

Fall 2021 COVID-19 Guidelines
The recent COVID-19 safety guidelines will have an impact on reservations with food (for the Fall 2021 semester).
- Six-foot distancing is required for all indoor activities/events/meetings/programs what will include food as part of the reservation
- Six-foot distancing is strongly recommended for all outdoor activities/events/meetings/programs that will include food as part of the reservation, especially if participants/attendees will be unmasked.
