Event Services

As an integral part of the Student Union and Event Services department, Event Services schedules and manages the reservation of spaces in and around the Student Union. Additionally, the team schedules and manages reservations in many other indoor and outdoor spaces on the UConn Storrs campus. Event Services also provides onsite customer support and audio/visual services. The experienced staff is ready to provide guidance and suggestions to help ensure the success of your event.

  • Academic Classroom reservation requests for the Spring 2024 semester will be accepted, beginning at 12pm on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.

COVID-19 safety guidelines :

  • Neither physical distancing or masking are required indoors or outdoors
  • Wearing of masks is always supported by our community, even when not required
