Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance, or by noon on Friday for a weekend or Monday meeting/event.
- All charges and fees will apply if cancellation not received within the required time period.
- Cancellation policies may vary by venue; groups may still incur some charges.
