As an integral part of the Student Union and Event Services department, Event Services schedules and manages the reservation of spaces in and around the Student Union. Additionally, the team schedules and manages reservations in many other indoor and outdoor spaces on the UConn Storrs campus. Event Services also provides onsite customer support and audio/visual services. The experienced staff is ready to provide guidance and suggestions to help ensure the success of your event.

Reservations are now being accepted for the 2024-2025 academic year for the Student Union and outdoor spaces. Academic Classroom reservation requests for the Spring 2025 semester will be accepted, beginning at 12pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.

• Outdoor Spaces on the Storrs Campus:
  Fairfield Way spaces (e.g. Fairfield Way North/South, Husky Dog Circle, University Seal, etc.), CLAS Quad, Founder’s Green, Residential Life Outdoor Spaces, Lakes around campus, parking lots, roadways and streets, walkways and sidewalks, etc.
  • This includes 5K/Run/Walk and similar events on the Storrs Campus
  • This does not include Athletics Outdoor spaces, UConn Recreation Fields, or the Library Upper Plaza]
