University Catering Right of First Refusal Form

A form to enable customers to request from University Catering the permission to use an outside food source.

Student Union Food Policy: For public events, all customers are required to use University Catering/Dining Services. University Catering maintains the right of first refusal for any event. If you would like to use a different food source or have an event which calls for special ethnic foods, please fill out this form. If University Catering consents, an outside food source may be used and the group must follow all guidelines established by Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). In addition, an approved Certificate of Liability Insurance will be required.
