    This request form can be used to submit reservation requests for meetings/events/activities/programs that would occur during the Fall 2024 semester. [FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 5-BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE DESIRED RESERVATION DATE(S)] | Please Note: Food and Drinks are not permitted in academic classrooms.

  • While specific classrooms may be requested, the requested locations are not guaranteed due to space availability, event needs, event and programmatic activities, etc. Please Note: Once a classroom is assigned, the location is non-negotiable.
