Priority Access Event Submission Confirmation

General Information:

  • This process is for events that would be scheduled to occur during the 2021-2022 academic year
  • This form may only be submitted by Student Organizations (Tier II and Tier III) and University Departments for events that have already been approved to be a part the Priority Access process
    [We will not be accepting requests for new events to be added to the Priority Access list until late Fall 2021, which will be for events that would occur in the 2022-2023 academic year]

Request Submission Information:

  • All request forms are due no later than Thursday, May 27, 2021
  • Please submit one form per event
  • Space availability and capacities for the 2021-2022 academic year have not yet been confirmed. However, please be sure to include all of your preferred spaces for each event. Your requests will be entered into our system, and we will notify you once we have received final confirmation of space availability and capacities by the University.
