Event Services

Request for Space

Please complete all fields before submitting. This is only a request. While most requests are honored on a first come, first served basis, the Student Union reserves the right to determine the appropriate use of all facilities. Final room selection will be made by the Event Services Staff, but every effort will be made to provide the requested room. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Customers must use University Dining Services (University Catering 486-5053 or Movable Feasts 486-9309). Dining Services has right of first refusal for any event in the Student Union. If Dining Services consents, an outside food source may be used. If you are not using University Catering, a Temporary Food Service Application must be completed. All beverages served must be Coca Cola products.
Prior to completing your reservation, you must read and agree to the policies set forth in The U Guide.
