About A/V

Our Services The Audio/Visual Department is responsible for providing technological support for meetings and events within the Student Union.  This includes projectors, laptops, microphones, lighting and sound mixing equipment. Please note that while we do offer laptop rentals, we do not provide any computer-related support.
Policies What to expect from us:

The Student Union utilizes equipment which connects through VGA inputs. If your laptop or smart device only outputs via HDMI, or if you use a Mac, you will need to procure an appropriate adapter that converts to VGA.

Customers cannot operate or handle Student Union equipment without prior authorization. If you are experiencing an issue or require assistance, please contact the Information Center. You will be charged if equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during your event.

Due to liability reasons, we are unable to provide support of any kind for equipment we do not own.

We cannot guarantee requests for A/V equipment made within two weeks of your event.
